TREK Decathlon 2025 Promotion - Long Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   This promotion is operated by Natural Balance Foods Limited, registered at 2nd Floor 45 Grosvenor Road, St Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 3AW  ("the Promoter").
   
   
2. Eligibility
   The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (mainland only) who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
   
   
3. Promotional Period
   The promotion will run from 00:01 on 1st July 2025 until 23:59 on 30th September 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
   
   
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must visit www.trekdecathlon.co.uk and complete the entry form as instructed. No purchase is necessary. Each individual is limited to one entry per day during the Promotional Period. Any attempt to enter more than once per day, including through multiple email addresses or the use of automated entry mechanisms, will result in disqualification.
   
   
5. Prizes
   There are 92 prizes available in total, with one prize awarded for each day of the Promotional Period. Each winner will receive a prize bundle consisting of:
   
   
   • 1 x £100 voucher (voucher brand/type to be confirmed at the Promoter’s sole discretion)
     
   • 1 x TREK High Protein Choc Caramel bar
     
   • 1 x TREK High Protein Choc Peanut Butter bar
     
   • 1 x TREK High Protein Biscoff® bar

Prizes will be delivered by post to UK mainland addresses only. No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
   Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received on each day of the Promotional Period. Daily draws will take place no later than seven (7) days after the corresponding entry day. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry, within ten (10) days of the draw.
   
   
7. Unclaimed Prizes
   If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the Promoter’s notification, or if reasonable efforts to contact the winner are unsuccessful, the prize may be withdrawn and awarded to an alternate entrant, selected at random from the same day’s valid entries.
   
   
8. Entry Requirements and Disqualification
   Entrants must ensure their entry details are complete and accurate. Incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or appears to involve dishonest or fraudulent behaviour.
   
   
9. Liability
   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not successfully submitted due to technical faults, network failures, hardware or software issues, or for any lost, delayed, or corrupted data. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.
   
   
10. Data Protection
    Personal data will only be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless marketing consent has been explicitly provided. 11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
